Professional Odor Removal
We've all experienced it. Walk into a place and you are hit by an odor. Humans have a remarkably well developed sense of smell. How a place smells effects your mood and your perception. When a space smells fresh and clean, we instinctively know it is a good place to be. When it smells bad, our instinct is to not go into the area. Bad odors have many causes. Mold, rot, rodent and insect infestations, dead animals, pets, cigar and cigarette smells, unclean conditions.

A property can be immaculate, up to date with a fantastic location...but if it smells bad, the value immediately goes down. There is no bigger turn off than a rental property or property for sale which has a strong odor. For a surprisingly low cost, we can remove the odor, permanently. Odor Removal Done PROPERLY. NO OZONE!
There are a lot of ways to take care of smells, but only one was acceptable to us. Odor removal comes in three categories...
First, there are masking agents which use a strong odor to cover up the original odor. These inevitably fail and often you end up with a combination that is worse than the original problem.
Ozone. Ozone will remove odors by oxidizing them. Unfortunately, Ozone has other bad side effects. First off it is highly toxic. Second it destroys some fabrics and rubber (like your refrigerator seals). Ozone is a bad idea.
Odor Removal Agents. These work by changing the chemical structure of the odor producing substance. Unfortunately, most chemicals have two drawbacks. They must be in direct contact with the odor producing substance and they are often toxic. For an odor destroying system to be acceptable to us, it has to penetrate every possible space and it must be completely non toxic and proven effective.
WE FOUND IT!
It took some research but we finally found a system which is non toxic, penetrates into every possible area AND is proven effective. It uses specially formulated cartridges that hold a non toxic oil. A machine vaporizes the oil which then penetrates into every possible area. The vapor seeks out and destroys odors and it does it perfectly every time. It even works on the holy grail of odor problems, Cigarette odors.

A mere $50 per day. That is it. A single machine will do up to 2000 square feet of living space with a typical 8' ceiling. A smaller space like an apartment can be done in a few hours.
