Mold Killers

MoldBuster Fungicide. When you need to kill Mold and kill it fast, the MoldBuster Fungicide is what you need. We use thousands of gallons a year. This is an effective, safe fungicide but it IS a chemical product...albeit a very low toxicity product with no residues after drying. Best way to apply it on a small area is via a garden sprayer. If you are treating a large area such as an attic space, you'll want to use an airless paint sprayer which can be rented from any equipment rental place. Surface should be scrubbed after application. You need to wear a respirator as the vapor is a lung irritant...then again, you are killing mold and should have a respirator anyways! Each gallon will treat approximately 300 square ft of space. $29/Gallon.

Benefect Botanical Fungicide. The ONLY EPA registered organic fungicide on the market. Benefect is proven, tested and works beautifully. Our company owner uses it in his house and we've used it in kindergartens, animal hospitals, and in many homes where people simply don't want any kind of chemicals. It *is* more expensive than our chemical fungicide but if you have a small area to do or only want to use organic products, it is a great product. $49/Gallon

Concrete is like a sponge. It soaks up, and releases water like crazy. Gallons, oodles, a LOT. If you've ever had a wet basement, you know the deal. Kevin's Killer Koncrete Koating is a Concrete WaterPROOFER. Why the emphasis on PROOFER? Because most concrete treatment products are DampProofers, they reduce the amount of water coming thru but they don't STOP the water coming thru. LAME! You don't want to reduce it...you want to STOP it. That is what our miraculous liquid does. There are other liquid concrete treatments, most are siloxane sealers...the difference is, we are way better than their products and have the data to prove it. The testing lab tested our stuff using fancy machines and a high pressure pump system with a bunch of plugs of concrete. They did it front...they did it back. They gave up because they were sick of hearing the testing pumps whining all the time at STOOPID pressures and watching nothing come thru the concrete. NOTHING. They got it up to the point where it was the equivalent of a 175 ft tall wall of water behind your wall and nothing came thru. Isn't that what you want when you buy something to stop the water...something that STOPS the water? We thought so too. There ARE other coatings that work...they are powdered coatings you mix with water and have to put on with special concrete brushes. They are icky, messy, labor intensive and REALLY expensive with all sorts of technical bulletins and training...LAME! You are a homeowner with better things to do on your weekend! You want easy and fast and effective. You got it! Easy to apply. Spray it on with a pump sprayer. 300 square feet per gallon. Wait a few hours then do it again...once isn't good enough. Do it a third time after two days only this time use a light mist. That's it...you are dry! Suggested Uses...

Basements, Concrete Floors, Concrete Driveways and Walkways. Stops Algae from sticking and growing to steps, paths and walkways. Helps prevent cracking and spalling. Basically if it is Concrete...make it Killer Koncrete!

Some Cautions...

1. Don't Drink It!!!! Keep your little kids away from it, it isn't water.

2. Concrete needs to be clean. Concrete walls often have form release oils on them, use form release wash. Wash it then wait until the concrete is dry to apply. If there is paint, it won't work. Call a sand/bead blasting contractor. Concrete Floors...etching is recommended. We have good non-toxic etchers available, call us.

3. Don't spray the walls with water just after you coat it...it will just rinse off. You'll have to buy more...hmmm...YES...YES, rinse the walls and keep ordering...we want a Ferrari!

4. If water is spurting from the walls or actively leaking, or you have big honkin' cracks, use some good old fashioned hydraulic cement and plug the holes or cracks. When the hydraulic cement is cured, spray our stuff.

5. Most concrete coatings are alkaline...this isn't any exception. Use gloves and eye protection. Keep your skin looking human. Ventilate...air is good for ya! 

6. Rinse out the bucket and recycle it or reuse the KILLER bucket. It has so many uses. Don't let small children play around buckets with water in them, they can drown...we don't want to be sad.

7. Don't spray on Aluminum or Glass. It etches it. Careful of those aluminum framed windows!
