HEPA Air Scrubbers and Purifiers
Hepa air scrubbers are used to clean the air. Dust, mold, allergens, particulates, and bacterial contaminants are all hazards and can spread to other areas. Any time you are doing a remediation or remodel where there is mold, animal or pest problems, an air scrubber system should be employed. We have air purification systems available to handle from the smallest to the largest structures.
Large HEPA Air Scrubbers
These commercial grade air
scrubber are large enough to do an entire normal sized single story
home with a single unit. With up to 2400 CFM of air flow on high, these
are some of the largest HEPA air scrubber systems out there. We have
two unit types available:
Force Air 2000 units are High capacity HEPA filters which remove
particles down to 3 micron in size. T with 99.97% efficiency. Requires
20 amp power line. $99/day plus filter charge. Includes delivery/pickup
in the Bellingham area.
The Abatement Tech PAS2400EK Unit is our big daddy premier air
scrubber. With 2400 verifiable CFM of airflow and a nuclear grade
filter and zero bypass, this is the bad boy. This unit is also
excellent when 20 amp lines are not available as it runs on a standard
15 amp line. $119/day plus filter charge. Includes Delivery and Setup
in the Bellingham Area. Ducting Rental is available. This is ideal for
providing filtered air to an enclosed space where contamination or
contamination-causing demolition will occur as well as providing
purified exhaust from a contaminated structure.
Small Air Scrubber
This
smaller air scrubber is ideal for smaller areas. Variable speed
operation from 700 CFM down to a very quiet 300 CFM makes it ideal for
homes where occupants will be staying while treatment is going on.
$65/day plus $25/day filter charge. Includes delivery/pickup.
IQ Air
Healthpro Plus HEPA/Chemical Filter System
This is the best air
purification product we have...period. The Healthpro Plus unit has THE
finest filtration system of any air purifier on the market. It is also
the quietest. We often use these when we do remediations on existing
occupied structures. In addition, this unit has a wide spectrum
chemical filtration system onboard and is ideal for those who are
needing to occupy a space while painting or staining is going on.
We also sell these units and will credit you some of your rental fees
if you decide you can't live without it...it happens a lot once people
experience having cleaner air DURING remediation or construction than

Dehumidifiers are used to dry out structures. However, they have their limitations and not every job can be effectively dried using just dehumidifiers. If improperly used, all you will do is burn electricity and you'll still have a wet structure. We not only bring them out to you but we also help you set them up so they are doing their job CORRECTLY.
The ubiquitous Dri-eaz 1200 dehumidifier. The workhorse of the drying industry. Removes up to 16 gallons of water per day. Will dry out a normal sized bedroom in about a day. 20' discharge hose, requires a 15 amp line. 2 can be run off one 15 amp circuit. $35 per day. Free delivery and pick up with a 2 day minimum rental in the Bellingham area. 15 ft. extension hose (ideal for drying wall cavities) $10 per day.
DriEaz 2400. The big boy. Removes up to 30 Gallons of water per day. Pump out up to 25' away into a drain or outside. Moves about twice the air of the 1200 above. $79/day. Free delivery and pickup with a minimum 2 day rental in the Bellingham area...this is nice because it weighs 135 lbs and stands 3.5' tall!

OSHA Regulations call for active ventilation anytime you have workers in a confined space. This includes attics and crawlspaces. Also help meet your Hot Weather Safety Requirements. Don't take a chance on a fine, call us and get some fresh air to your workers with a positive or negative air setup.

Also used to ventilate and dry attic spaces during fungicide applications (should be used with ducting). Fully washable for decontamination. Also ideal for contractors needing to meet OSHA closed space safety requirements during construction. $50 per day including a 25' flex duct. Free delivery/pickup with 2 day rental. 2 units per 15 amp circuit at full output.
12" ventilation ducting. These ducts are what you want to provide fresh air or positive pressure to a closed space. Perfect for drying attic spaces after fungicide application. $25 per day.
Gale Force Drying Fan. This is THE Premier drying fan on the market...PERIOD. With more airflow and more drying capacity than any other, if you have a larger space to dry and forced air is the ticket, then this is the one you want. $30 per day.
Air Dryer. The ubiquitous Dri-Eze carpet blower. The one that set the standard for blowers. Ideal for drying and ventilating finished interior spaces. Moves up to 2500 CFM of air. Low power draw means multiple units can be run off a single 15 amp circuit. $20 per Day.
BioDry Drying/ Positive Air System
You wanna talk about dry? You wanna talk about airflow? In all of Whatcom County, there IS NO machine that compares to our little monster. 5000 CFM of airflow thru three 12" ducts...got a large enclosed space to vent, this will do it at HIGH static pressure.
